“Spence has a superb work ethic and gets a lot from his ability.  He is undersized most of the time at the four spot but he will not give in.  He wants to do everything right the first time, and at times I think he is to hard on himself.  He does several of the little things that give him a chance to compete at this level.  Several of our guys are unselfish players this year, but I would put him up at the top.”
