Erica will have to carry a lot of responsibility not only playing the game but she will have be a great leader for all to follow. We are expecting Erica to carry her game to another level for us."

• Erica was named NJCAA 2nd Team Preseason All-American prior to the 2007-08 season
• Named to MACJC All-State team following freshman season at Northeast
• Played in 25 games as a freshman, earning 24 starts
• Averaged 11.6 points, and 7.7 rebounds per game in 06-07
• CHRISTMAS BREAK '07: at the holiday break of her sophomore season, Grayson was averaging 11.6 points, 8.2 rebounds per game and started all of the Lady Tigers' first 9 games
