• Welch averaged averaged 4 points and 2 rebounds per game as a freshman at Northeast
• CHRISTMAS BREAK: at the holiday break of her sophomore season, Welch averaged 5.7 points per game by shooting 50% from the field, 75% from three point range (3-of-4) and 75% from the free throw line in the Lady Tigers' first 9 games
