NORTHEAST PLANS BASEBALL, SOFTBALL SIGNING EVENT

BOONEVILLE, Miss. -Northeast Mississippi Community College will hold a signing day event to commemorate the National Junior College Athletic Association’s (NJCAA) National Signing Day for softball and baseball players on Thursday, January 15 at the Bonner Arnold Coliseum during the Northeast versus Itawamba Community College basketball games.

Softball and baseball will share the stage on Thursday.

Northeast Head Softball Coach Jody Long is expected to sign prospective athletes during the first half of the Northeast-Itawamba women's game while Northeast Head Baseball Coach Kent Farris will sign prospective athletes between the women and men's contests.
