 TIGERS READY TO KICK OFF SEASON – The Tigers enjoyed some fun in the sun on Media Day posing for photos and pausing for interviews. Local media outlets were on hand including WTVA, Daily Journal, Unity Broadcasting Network, and others as coaches and players talked about the upcoming season.

Head Coach Ricky Smither and his staff are anxious to kick off its season against Hinds Community College, a game that is set for a 7 p.m. kick-off at Keenum Stadium on August 27th..

Northeast will look to open the season with a win and then will head to its south division opponent Pearl River during the second week of the season for a 6:30 p.m. kickoff before returning home to host rival Itawamba Community College on September 10.
