TIGERS/BOONEVILLE H.S. TO HOST SPRING TOURNAMENT

BOONEVILLE, Miss.--  Booneville High School in conjunction with Northeast Mississippi Community College is hosting the 4th annual High School Showdown Showcase Fast pitch Softball tournament on Saturday March 15, 2008 at the Booneville west side city park. 

Schools from Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama are being invited to participate in this event.  Booneville High school will serve as the host school and the event will be sanctioned by the Mississippi High School Activities Association.  Northeast Mississippi Community college softball office will handle all tournament aspects from team pairing, to umpires, admission, individual awards, welcome bags, ect.
