ACT Practice Test is one of many tests provided free by your local public library.

This service is available on any computer with internet access. 

You may visit your local library to set up your username or you may use NEMCC library's username.  NEMCC's username is 168 + your 7 digit phone nymber without dashes.  Example: 1687207444.  You must create your own password.
