
Crow's Neck Environmental Education Center uses hands-on, outdoor education activities to create in-depth learning experiences which foster responsible stewardship of Northeast Mississippi's natural and cultural resources.
June 6-11, 2010 - The Freedom Hills Seminar: A Workshop for K-12 Teachers (This workshop is financially assisted by the National Endowment for the Humanities through the Mississippi Humanities Council and the Tri-State Educational Foundation.) This week-long, residential workshop explores a number of topics that have shaped the history, culture and landscape of north Mississippi. -The 2010 Association of Nature Center Administrators (ANCA) Summit will be held at Treehaven Environmental Learning Center, Tomahawk, WI, August 18-21, 2010.
- For five days in October (2009), Crow's Neck hosted nearly 500 students from Belmont School (Tishomingo County) grades 4-9, who were being rewarded for outstanding achievement on their state exams. Way to go, kids!!!
