FAQ

How much does it cost to print from the computers?

It costs $.05 per sheet to purchase paper. If you bring
your own paper, there is no cost.

How much does it cost to make copies?

It costs $.15 per page to make copies. The copy machine
will take nickels, dimes, quarters and dollar bills.

Can we use Email on the library computers?

Yes, Email is allowed

Can we "play games" or "chat" on the library computers?

NO!
Game playing, chatting, message boards, pornography,
and instant messaging are prohibited.

May we use our cell phones in the library?

No, cell phones are to be turned off before entering the library.

Can we save our material to the computer's hard-drive?

No, all work must be saved to either a 3 1/2" floppy disk, CD or a flash/jump drive.

Floppy disks ($.75) and CDs ($1.00) can be purchased at the Reference Desk or from the school bookstore.

How many books may we check out at one time?

Up to five items, at a time, may be checked out.

How long can books be checked out?

Items may be checked out for a period of two weeks.

May I renew books? For how long?

Yes, you may renew your books one time for an additional 2 weeks.
To do this you must bring the book into the library for renewal.
Renewal is not done over the phone.

How much does the library charge for overdue materials?

There is no charge for overdue materials. However, a hold
will be placed on your record for any unreturned items.
This hold will prevent a student from registering
for classes, receiving grades or transcripts, or graduating.
