The
Eula Dees Memorial Library, located on the campus of Northeast
Mississippi Community
College, serves the five-county region of Northeast
Mississippi. Borrowing privileges are available to individuals
holding a valid N.E.M.C.C. ID card and to adults from the Northeast
five-county area holding a valid Mississippi
driver's license. Special problems or special needs can be met at any public
desk. The library holdings include over 46,000 books, 280 periodicals, and
1,000 video cassettes.
The computerized library services
include the SIRSI online card catalog, and extensive online databases. Both
the Online Card Catalog and the Online Databases are accessible to our patrons
from home.
Our service-oriented staff members
provide assistance in the use of all material resources. The professional
librarians provide additional assistance with reference and research
consultation, and teach library research methods to various classes of
students, faculty, and staff.
