Pair dances set for latter part of fall semester

A pair of dances dot the Northeast student activities calendar for the latter part of the 2009 fall semester.

Northeast is holding a Halloween Costume Party and Dance Monday, October 26 and a Fall Formal on Tuesday, November 17.

Northeast’s Halloween Costume Party and Dance will be held in Burgess Activity Center from 9 pm until 11 pm.

Costumes are strongly encouraged but are not required. Admission is free, and there will be a disc jockey and refreshments.

Northeast’s Student Government Association (SGA) and Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) have teamed together to present the Fall Formal on November 17. All proceeds from the formal will be donated to the Make-A-Wish foundation.

The Fall Formal will be held in the Frank Haney Union in the upstairs ballroom (Claude Wright Room) and will start at 8 p.m. Admission is $6 per person and $10 per couple and required dress is semiformal.
