Have a roster completed with each attendee listed on it and bring it with you. (Hint: for every health form, a name should match it on the roster).
Have your contract with you, signed and dated, if you have not already sent it.
Have cabin assignments decided (if residential group).
Have your form of payment ready, unless other arrangements have been made.
CONTACT PERSON - be sure you add yourself when you give us the final numbers.
UPON ARRIVING FOR DAY GROUP:
1) If your group has arrived by bus, we ask that once the driver has pulled up to the front door, that the Contact Person be the only person to get off the bus. The Contact Person will come into the Center where all the paperwork can be processed. If your group has arrived by van/car, the Contact Person can handle the paperwork once all the vehicles are parked.
2) Our Naturalists will be outside to meet your group and they will get the group off the bus. The Naturalists will instruct the students what to do.
UPON ARRIVING FOR A RESIDENTIAL GROUP:
Please note: arrival time is no earlier than 11:00am; departure time is 12:15pm on the departing day.
2) Once the paperwork has been completed, the buses can be unloaded (we will give instructions to the drivers where to park). The group may then unload their personal belongings and go to their assigned cabins. If other arrangements have been made, they will be announced at the time of unloading.
Taking care of these tasks ahead of time will streamline your arrival and move-in procedures. Should you have any last minute questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We're looking forward to having you with us,
