First familiarize yourself with the information contained on these pages. Feel free to share any information or forms with students, parents, chaperones, teachers and anyone else you would like to involve in your planning.
Next, give us a call to select an available date. (The earlier, the better, as returning groups often book a year in advance!) We'll pencil in your date and walk you through the steps of preparing a Program Application. Once you submit the Program Application, we will prepare and forward a Reservation Contract. You will have 14 days to review, sign and return the Contract with your deposit to confirm your reservation. Adjustments, such as the number of participants, may be made until 7 days prior to your visit.
Planning your schedule may be conducted in person, by phone, fax, or in writing by completing the Course Request Form. Whenever possible, we encourage group leaders to make a pre-trip visit to become familiar with the Center's facilities, and to meet our staff. After you have let us know what you would like to do during your stay, we will send you a tentative schedule for your review.
