Located off the back of the main building, this lovely garden was designed and built by the graduates of our Master Naturalist Program and Staff in the spring of 2007, and is a popular contemplative area for our visitors. The focal point of the garden is a delightful water feature made of native "Tishomingo Sandstone", quarried right in our backyard! A mini-geyser of refreshingly cool water (created by a recycling pump buried in a barrel below ground), spills over into a natural depression in the stone. Birds, butterflies, and even a deer or two have been seen sipping from the puddle.
