Christopher Schager received his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from San Francisco State University in 1991.  Moving to Mississippi, he completed his Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Mississippi in 1996.  He’s appeared in stage productions of The Segull, A View from the Bridge, Gillian on Her 37th Birthday, The Lover, Macbeth, Betrayal and A Midsummer's Night Dream.  Mr. Schager has several film credits, and has taught several different theatre disciplines in California.  He’s been practicing his craft for the last nine years throughout the state Mississippi and the surrounding southeast region.   While residing in the beautiful town of Oxford, Mr. Schager's experience includes positions with the Oxford School District, The Oxford Park Commission and the Yoknapathaphwa Arts Council.  Currently serving as Theatre and Speech instructor for Northeast Mississippi Community College's Division of Fine Arts, Mr. Schager is founder and Artistic Director of The O'Connor Theatre Project, a company dedicated to the development of new plays and alternative theatre.  The OTP boasts sponsorship of The Hooligans, Oxford's professional Sketch Comedy and Improvisational troupe.
