Billy Howard started Howard Industries more than 30 years ago. Today, Howard Industries has many different divisions.  The Ballast Products Division manufactures electronic and magnetic ballast. Howard Industries Transformer Division has the largest transformer plant in the world and is also the number one distributor in the world.  Howard Transportation is a personal trucking company.

The newest branch of Howard Industries is their computer equipment manufacturer Howard Computers. Howard Computers offer a full product line of hardware, software, and accessories for its consumers. They also offer desktop computers, laptop computers, servers, printers, scanners, and other computer accessories. Howard Computers is expected to one day be at the top of the computer industry.
