Attendance: 

         1 missed block constitutes 2 absences.  The student will

         be cut out after the 2nd missed block (4 absences).

Tardies:

         Should be avoided at all costs.  Please do

         not enter class if you are more than 5

         minutes late.

Make-Up Policy:

         *One letter grade is deducted for each day

         that outside assignments are late.

         *Exams are made up on 2 days during the

         semester.  Days and times will be

         announced in class.

Course Requirements:

        

          Exams:  There are 9 exams consisting

          of 2 chapters each with the exception of

          2 exams, which test 3 or 4 chapters.

          Final Exam:  The final is comprehensive

          and is taken from previous notes.

          Notes:  Special attention is paid to the

          fact that you take and use your own notes.

          Copies or the use of someone else's notes

          are not accepted.
